Dendritic cells and adaptive immunity

Our research

Our team investigates dendritic cells, the sentinel cells of the immune system.

We seek to understand how dendritic cells develop from hematopoietic stem cells and control the activation of immune responses carried out by T lymphocytes.

Our projects integrate basic science and translational approaches. We aim at translating the basic biology of dendritic cells into innovation for immunotherapies and vaccines against cancer and infectious diseases.

Our lab is affiliated to the Immunology Department and theCNRS UMR3738 “Developmental Biology and Stem Cells” at Institut Pasteur .
